What is the group size?

Our getaways are intimate, with group sizes limited to 8 to 10 participants. This ensures a personalized experience and fosters meaningful connections among guests.

Will I have my own room, or is double occupancy required?

All accommodations are single occupancy, offering each guest a private room to ensure comfort and privacy throughout the trip. Double occupancy is available upon request for those traveling together and wishing to share a room. Please indicate your preference at the time of booking.

Will there be a dedicated travel host or point of contact throughout the getaway?

Yes, a Morari Travel Curator will be with your group for the entire duration of the trip. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, coordinating logistics, managing group activities, and addressing any needs or questions that arise. Beyond ensuring that every aspect of the journey runs smoothly, the travel curator also helps foster a welcoming and connected atmosphere, making sure everyone feels included and engaged throughout the experience.

How and when will I get my itinerary?

You will receive your complete itinerary approximately two weeks prior to the trip arrival date. It will contain all pertinent details, including excursions, dining arrangements, transfers, and any other necessary information to ensure your preparation. The final itinerary will be delivered via email, and should any last-minute changes arise, you will be notified promptly.

How do I notify you about food allergies or preferences?

Prior to the getaway, we will kindly request that you share any food allergies or preferences. This enables us to coordinate with the hotel and restaurants to ensure your needs are carefully and thoughtfully accommodated.

How do I notify you about special needs or mobility issues?

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us of any special needs, mobility concerns, or accessibility requirements as early as possible—ideally at the time of booking or well in advance of the trip arrival date. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements required to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable.

What should I do if my flight is cancelled/delayed?

If your flight is cancelled or delayed, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the airline: Communicate directly with the airline to ascertain your options, which may include rebooking on the next available flight or obtaining compensation for meals, accommodations, or transportation.
  • Notify us: Advise us as soon as possible so that we may assist in modifying your travel arrangements, including securing alternate connections, accommodations, or transfers if required.
  • Review your travel insurance policy: Examine your coverage to determine eligibility for reimbursement related to cancellations or delays, and comply with the prescribed procedures for filing claims.
  • Monitor flight updates: Regularly consult the airline’s official website or app for the latest information regarding your flight status.
  • Retain all documentation: Preserve all receipts and official correspondence pertaining to the delay or cancellation, as these may be necessary for insurance claims or compensation purposes.

what are the Visa & entry requirements?

Whether a travel visa is required depends on the retreat location and your country of residence. We will notify you of any visa requirements once your booking is confirmed. Please be sure to check your email for all specific travel instructions and visa details prior to your trip.

How and when do I make payments for the trip?

To secure your reservation, an initial payment of a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the trip’s arrival date. Unless otherwise instructed, the credit card used for your deposit will be automatically charged for the remaining balance on that date.

We understand that flexibility can be important, so payment plans are available to accommodate your needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss a schedule that works best for you.

Are there any hidden fees?

Not at all. We value honesty and transparency, and want you to feel completely confident in what you're booking. All costs related to your itinerary—accommodations, transportations, and scheduled experiences—will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

That said, any personal expenses—such as meals not specified in the itinerary, optional activities, or extended travel arrangements—and other discretionary spending are the responsibility of the traveler and are not covered in the package price. Gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff are not included unless otherwise noted and are always appreciated for exceptional service.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

An initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date may qualify for a refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations on and within 60 days of arrival may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances. Comprehensive details regarding deadlines, fees, and exceptions will be provided upon confirmation. We strongly advise reviewing the cancellation policy thoroughly before finalizing your reservation to ensure complete clarity.
