Yes, a Morari Travel Curator will be with your group for the entire duration of the trip. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, coordinating logistics, managing group activities, and addressing any needs or questions that arise. Beyond ensuring that every aspect of the journey runs smoothly, the travel curator also helps foster a welcoming and connected atmosphere, making sure everyone feels included and engaged throughout the experience.

You will receive your complete itinerary approximately two weeks prior to the trip arrival date. It will contain all pertinent details, including excursions, dining arrangements, transfers, and any other necessary information to ensure your preparation. The final itinerary will be delivered via email, and should any last-minute changes arise, you will be notified promptly.
Prior to the getaway, we will kindly request that you share any food allergies or preferences. This enables us to coordinate with the hotel and restaurants to ensure your needs are carefully and thoughtfully accommodated.
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us of any special needs, mobility concerns, or accessibility requirements as early as possible—ideally at the time of booking or well in advance of the trip arrival date. To secure your reservation, an initial payment of a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the trip’s arrival date. Unless otherwise instructed, the credit card used for your deposit will be automatically charged for the remaining balance on that date.

Not at all. We value honesty and transparency, and want you to feel completely confident in what you're booking. All costs related to your itinerary—accommodations, transportations, and scheduled experiences—will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
That said, any personal expenses—such as meals not specified in the itinerary, optional activities, or extended travel arrangements—and other discretionary spending are the responsibility of the traveler and are not covered in the package price. Gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff are not included unless otherwise noted and are always appreciated for exceptional service.
An initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date may qualify for a refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations on and within 60 days of arrival may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
