Hosted by Dr. Natazia Stolberg, this thoughtfully curated retreat was the ultimate women’s wellness getaway, a seamless blend of restoration, joy, and connection on the enchanting shores of Costa Smeralda.
From our arrival at the iconic Romazzino, A Belmond Hotel, to our final group toast overlooking the turquoise waters of Costa Smeralda, every detail was designed to deliver an elevated and soulful travel experience.
A Warm Sardinian Welcome
We began our adventure with a welcome cocktail party at Romazzino, where guests gathered during sunset on a terrace overlooking the sea. It was the perfect start, sparkling drinks in hand and new friendships forming instantly. The mood was pure excitement and ease, setting the tone for the days to come. The night ended with a cozy cup of Rest + Digest Tea from DOCTOR STOLBERG allowing everyone to feel their best the next morning.
Morning Movement by the Sea
Our first morning began with beachfront yoga, the gentle sound of waves guiding each breath and stretch. The combination of fresh sea air, soft sand, and mindful movement created an energizing start to the day, grounding yet invigorating.
Sailing the Costa Smeralda
A highlight of the week was our private yacht day along the stunning Sardinian coastline. Guests relaxed on deck as we cruised past hidden coves and dove into the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Laughter and sun-soaked serenity, it was the definition of la dolce vita, a day no one wanted to end. We spent the day snorkeling and floating in Sardinia’s magical blue sea, soaking up every moment of beauty and connection. To make the experience even more special, each guest received matching Mal Swim bikinis and Havaianas flip flops, the perfect touch to ensure everyone felt and looked their best!
A Taste of Sardinia
Culinary discovery was an essential part of this journey, and each dining experience was thoughtfully selected to showcase Sardinia’s rich and refined food culture.
One afternoon, we gathered for a luxurious lunch at La Scogliera, a world-renowned seaside restaurant celebrated for its breathtaking setting and impeccable seafood. Between the fresh-caught fish, crisp white wine, and endless conversation, it was a long, leisurely lunch that embodied everything we love about Italian dining.
We also enjoyed a dinner at Pacifico Rosemary, a chic and vibrant venue blending Mediterranean flavors with a touch of cosmopolitan flair. The evening was filled with laughter, stunning plates, and that unmistakable Sardinian charm that turns a meal into a memory.
Our group went to an olive oil tasting during the trip, giving guests the opportunity to deepen their appreciation for one of the island’s most treasured traditions. It was both educational and delicious, a true taste of Sardinia’s heart.
A Soulful Close
To end our journey, guests gathered for a sound bath experience, a serene and restorative moment to reflect, unwind, and integrate the week’s experiences. The soothing tones of singing bowls, paired with the natural calm of the island, created an atmosphere of total peace.
